In addition to the age requirement, you are only eligible to use j 777 if:

• You are registering as an individual for personal, recreational use — not on behalf of a business entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, or contractor of j 777 or any associated company, and you are not an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited at the individual user level.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to someone other than the j 777 account holder — are not accepted. Such deposits will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending review.

j 777 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, but reserves the right to apply temporary limits on accounts where unusual deposit activity is detected. Players with VIP status may have elevated deposit limits applied to their accounts by agreement with the j 777 team.

Withdrawals from j 777 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. j 777's standard processing targets are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: within 15 minutes for amounts under Rs 50,000
• NayaPay and SadaPay: within 30 minutes for standard amounts
• IBFT bank transfer: same business day for verified accounts
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

j 777 charges no withdrawal fees. Processing time targets apply to verified accounts. First withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 100,000 may require KYC document submission before processing begins.

KYC documentation typically requested includes: a clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie holding the CNIC, and in some cases a recent bank or wallet statement confirming the registered payment method. Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with the j 777 Privacy Policy.

j 777 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or a pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such delay. Balances associated with confirmed fraud are forfeited.

j 777 offers various promotional bonuses including the Welcome Bonus, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and free spins. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the j 777 Promotions page. These section-level terms apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are available only to players in good standing with verified accounts. Players who have previously breached these Terms are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each promotion. Meeting the wagering requirement means betting the bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit too) the required number of times. The games that contribute to wagering requirements vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while some table games contribute at a lower rate.
• Claim Window: Bonuses must be claimed within the window specified on the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically at the end of the claim window.
• Bonus Abuse: j 777 actively monitors for bonus abuse including matched betting using bonuses, arbitrage wagering, or any strategy designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Where such behaviour is identified, j 777 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

j 777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to an ongoing promotion's terms will be communicated to affected players via email or in-account notification.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on j 777, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports covered on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until j 777 issues a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Odds shown on the platform are indicative until the bet is confirmed.
• Postponed Matches: Bets on a postponed fixture are voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original kick-off time, in which case bets remain active. The 48-hour rule applies to football, cricket, and kabaddi markets.
• Abandoned Matches: If a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying period is reached (typically 50 overs in ODI cricket, 5 overs in T20, 90 minutes in football), all bets are voided. If the qualifying period has been reached, bets are settled on the official result at the time of abandonment.
• In-Play Betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. j 777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during key match moments. Any bets placed during a suspension period that are subsequently confirmed are valid.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is Rs 10,000,000 (Rs 1 crore). Winnings above this amount on a single bet will be capped at the maximum payout figure.
• Palpable Errors: j 777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical error. Palpable errors include odds that are clearly inconsistent with pre-event market prices.

All casino games on j 777 — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — use certified RNG (Random Number Generation) technology independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP values are verified against audit results. j 777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Game Rules: Each individual game has its own in-game rules accessible before play begins. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing real-money bets. j 777 is not liable for losses arising from misunderstood game mechanics.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game session, j 777 will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state. Where restoration is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.
• Disconnections: j 777 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet disconnection during a game. Results of games that complete server-side during a disconnection are valid and final.
• Bet Limits: Each game has a published minimum and maximum bet. These are visible before play and must be respected. Bets outside the published range may not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j 777. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the platform in a way not available to regular users
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any discovered errors must be reported to j 777 support immediately
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker-style variants
• Using j 777 accounts for money laundering, structuring transactions, or any form of financial crime
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Providing false personal information, including age, name, or payment method ownership
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit after using the deposited funds to bet
• Engaging in matched betting using j 777 bonus funds
• Making or threatening to make false reports about j 777 to third parties as leverage in a dispute

j 777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension include but are not limited to: a suspected breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspicious account activity, or a player request.

When an account is suspended for investigation, j 777 will notify the account holder by email. The player may not place bets or process withdrawals during a suspension period. The investigation will typically be completed within 10 business days. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

Players who wish to close their own j 777 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method upon account closure, subject to standard KYC checks. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

j 777 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all players directly within their account settings:

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from j 777. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

j 777's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. j 777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or emotional distress arising from the use of the platform.

j 777 is not responsible for losses arising from the following circumstances:

• A player's internet connection failure during an active game session
• Inaccurate information provided by the player during registration or KYC
• Unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player sharing login credentials
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures beyond j 777's reasonable control

j 777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at j777.cash/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by j 777 is used exclusively to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience. j 777 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for as long as required by applicable financial and gaming regulations.

Players have the right to request a copy of the personal data j 777 holds about them, and to request correction of inaccurate data. These requests should be directed to the j 777 support team.
